Performance and Applications

1 )The special desulfurization scale inhibitor EXN - 902 is an excellent scale - inhibiting and dispersing agent developed for the desulfurization tower system. Based on the process overview and system characteristics of different parts of the limestone/gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization system, after a large amount of preliminary screening work, it can prevent scaling on the tower wall, cyclone plates, sieve holes, and nozzles. It can avoid system instability caused by scaling in the desulfurization tower and even economic losses due to shutdown for maintenance.

2)This scale inhibitor for the desulfurization tower has strong adaptability to the limestone desulfurization system and is a high - performance scale inhibitor for limestone slurry in the desulfurization tower. It is not only suitable for limestone slurry but also widely applicable to circulating cooling water with high sulfate content and high hardness. It can also be added to the GGH descaling agent to enhance the descaling effect.

Usage

The dosage should be determined according to the specific situation. Suggestion: at the inlet of the circulating pump, the water shall be added according to the supplement water volume per hour. The general dosage is 100 ~200ppm.

Normally In 25kg net Plastic Drum, IBC drum or according to the customers's required.

Storage for 12 months in room shady and dry place.
